Access to the Shay Beauty Spa portal is restricted to registered clients and employees of Shay Beauty Spa. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Appointments scheduled through the portal are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Promotional Sales, Facial Packages & Services: No refunds are provided for Promotional Sales, Facial Packages, or services. All promotional sales are final.
Non-Promotional Products: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase for unopened products only.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for unopened products only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When using Sign in with Apple, you must share your real email address. The use of Apple's Hide My Email relay service is not compatible with our identity verification system and will result in access being denied.
